Job: small radiator removed. Route new pipework and re-install a larger radiator, on a different wall.

Jack was very polite and professional, both on the telephone, and during his visits. He came out and viewed the job, emailed a quote through, and invoiced promptly after the job was completed. He arranged appointments, and was punctual, and communicated extremely well by email or telephone.

He was very thorough and explained everything that he was doing, what the options were, and answered all of our questions. He was very careful not to cause too much mess, and cleaned everything up afterwards.
